Install a hygienic, chemical-resistant floor across a 4,500 m² manufacturing facility with minimal production downtime and strict hygiene requirements.
Our Solution
Installed a 3 mm self-levelling epoxy system with novolac topcoat in chemical-handling zones, phased over two weekend shutdowns.
Execution
Tested moisture vapour, shot-blasted the slab, applied epoxy primer, self-levelling screed and a UV-stable polyurethane topcoat with coved skirting for hygiene.

Mark hazardous zones, pipe identification and emergency escape routes across a live petrochemical facility in Hamriyah Free Zone Zone 1, with hydrocarbon exposure and ATEX Zone 1 requirements. The facility had to remain operational throughout, with marking applied in classified areas only during permit-controlled shutdowns.
